“Blood and Oil – The Middle East in World War I” is a DVD documentary on the Ottomans in the First World War. Blood and Oil talks about war, revolts, and coups in the Middle East. It also goes on to look at how the Ottoman Empire after the Great War was divided into “spheres of influence” and was controlled by the British and French. Where Turkish nationalists rebelled against Western control and  eventually created the new Turkish Republic in 1923.

It was written and produced by Marty Callaghan and Inecom Entertainment in 2006.
